We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive repair, with experience using both power and hand tools. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various vehicles. The Painter will work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate myst be willing to travel to customer location and do the preparation and paint onsite.

Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers while adhering to safety protocols.
Apply body filler and sanding for a smooth dent free surface, and make sure body lines are straight.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
Follow all company policies regarding safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive repair or painting is a must.
Proficiency in using sanding tools and spray gun related to painting tasks.
Ability to pull dents and apply body filler and sand it.
Ability to use welding machine is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
